The Role: As the Executive Director/Ministry Chief Philanthropy Officer, you'll be at the helm of driving transformative philanthropic efforts for both St. Peter Hospital and Centralia Hospital. Reporting to the South Puget Sound Chief Executive, you'll be pivotal in crafting and executing a strategic philanthropic vision. As an influential member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll partner with the Chief Executive and the Foundation Board of Directors to elevate our ministry's Foundation to new heights. Your leadership will guide and engage the Foundation Board, energize the philanthropy team, and foster a culture of collaboration across divisional teams to amplify fundraising impact.
