We have a great opportunity for a SharePoint Administrator to join our team. This position is fully remote. The ability to meet with government clients or company staff once a quarter in the local Washington, DC area, so local applicants are preferred.

Position Description:

As the sole SharePoint Administrator for a Defense Department, Navy, Program Office, you support multiple programs and have an international partner. Help this program office become more efficient by using workflows and data storage via SharePoint.

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN THE NECESSARY DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for supporting and enhancing the digital strategy of PEO IWS 11, focusing on effective data and records management.
  • Administer and manage the PEO IWS 11 SharePoint and Teams sites, ensuring they are effective platforms for online collaboration.
  • Provide shared file storage solutions, enhancing the accessibility and organization of critical documents.
  • Develop and implement digital workflows on the SharePoint site to boost productivity and streamline processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain various digital tools within the SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments to support program objectives.
  • Organize, populate, catalog, maintain, and archive program data and documentation across SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Establish a systematic approach to managing digital records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data management standards.
  • Facilitate and enhance collaborative processes across PEO IWS 11 digital spaces, ensuring seamless interaction and information sharing among team members.
  • Provide guidance and support in digital platforms for effective team collaboration and communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Seven years of SharePoint experience
  • HS School Diploma

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology

Travel Requirements:

  • 20%
