Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is hiring a full time Lead Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our Echo Lab!

Inova Fairfax Medical Center Echo Lab is an advanced echo imagining center with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, education, innovation, and research. Our lab is nationally accredited through the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission and is comprised of over 22 sonographers and 25 physicians who support our award-winning clinical programs and hospital.

The lab has a full fleet of updated Philips machines with advanced 3D and strain imaging technology available and offers regular educational opportunities to assist in developing your knowledge and skill set. REQUIREMENTS

Certification - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer AARDMS Registered with RDCS Certification or CCI Registered with Certification for Vascular. BLS, RCS Certification for Echo, or ARDMS with RVT or CCI with the RVS Upon Start; Basic Life Support Upon Start

Licensure - None required

Experience - Five years' experience in a hospital/healthcare environment in the performance of cardiac or vascular sonography.

Education - Other Sonography Graduate of an accredited school/program of diagnostic medical setting sonography or five years of specialized training
