Job Summary

The role of Regional HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting Human Resources activity within the Restaurant and Resort Division - championing people development and being a figurehead for our values. Partnering with other Regional leaders to deliver value through engaged and productive teams.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with location leadership across multiple sites.

  • Deep understanding of HR practices with expertise in providing prompt and strategic guidance.

  • Skilled in training, onboarding, and mentoring leaders to uphold HR Core Signature standards.

  • Strong analytical ability to use HR data to identify retention risks and improve employee experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Local, State, and Federal employment regulations and compliance processes.

  • Food and beverage industry experience is preferred.

Requirements
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies consistently and fairly across the Division.

  • Provides coaching and support to leaders on performance evaluations and employee development.

  • Acts as a resource for employee relations concerns and escalates per ER protocols.

  • Supports field recruiting efforts, including guidance on talent systems and interview participation.

  • Ensures locations use proper onboarding tools and complete required manager training via Compass LMS.

  • Educates leaders on benefits communication and supports timely team member enrollment.
