Ochsner Lafayette General is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our rapidly growing practice. With a well-established referral network and immediate block time available, this is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume practice with excellent resources and support. Position Highlights:

  • Thriving, expanding practice with a strong patient base
  • Opportunity to teach and work with residents
  • Low call burden for better work-life balance
  • Multiple APP's for clinical and surgical support
  • State of the art technology, including 3 MAKOS for total joint procedures
    • The region's only single-specialty orthopedic hospital - 6 OR's with capacity for expansion
    • On-site inpatient rehab for seamless patient care
  • Main hospital with 12 oversized OR's
    • Dedicated 2-3 orthopedic rooms daily
    • Extra support staff available (2-3 scrub techs per case if needed)
    • 2-3 days in the OR per week allowing for a balanced schedule
