Location This position is based out of our Spokane office. About OCI Osborn Consulting is an employee-owned consulting firm providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, and urban design on public projects across Washington state. The expected compensation range for this position for employees based in the Spokane area is $116,500 -$155,000 annually and is dependent upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
