We're actively seeking a talented Digital Marketing Supervisor to join the Institutional Division. This role will be hybrid and based in our Newport Beach, CA office.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Supervise the continued growth of the digital media strategy for Pacific Life's Institutional Division

  • Prescribe effective digital distribution methods for marketing pieces in the content library

  • Evaluate data analytics and recommend content optimizations to enhance engagement and achieve strategic goals

  • Continuously assess marketing performance to identify trends, develop strategic adjustments, and deliver innovative content

  • Advise internal clients on digital platform requirements, including website and social media applications, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives

  • Build effective ad managed campaigns via social platforms and ad partners

  • Curate and maintain marketing content on the Institutional Division's website and social media channels

  • Promote social media advocacy by engaging and empowering internal stakeholders

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to build, maintain, and drive audience journeys

  • Work closely with and alongside designers, art directors, content marketers, and enterprise partners

  • Present innovative digital concepts to peers and leadership, securing buy-in and driving implementation

  • Adapt to evolving trends and technologies within the digital engagement landscape to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Work with the team to assist in the development and implementation of digital content strategies

  • Create original concepts for marketing campaigns, working individually and as a part of a creative team

  • Consult and advise internal clients concerning project requirements

Minimum qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing Digital Communications, Consumer Behavior, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years' experience immersed in developing and implementing digital strategies with proven results and managing direct reports (please provide examples)

  • Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proven experience with ad managed campaigns, Google Ad Words, and current SEO optimization trends

  • The ability to see through the lens of a device-driven audience

  • The ability to self-start and embrace innovation

  • Advanced experience with B2C communication over social platforms

  • Familiarity with writing keyword-rich content for SEO

  • Knowledge of managing advertising campaigns through key online social platforms

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Financial fluency and interest in social impact investing is a plus

  • Formal education in the field of data analytics is a plus

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$108,000.00 - $132,000.00
