• Position: APP (PA or FNP) for non-surgical sports medicine
• Location: Plainfield
• Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday
• No call
• EMR: Epic
• Market competitive compensation

What you will need:

• Experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, PM&R, or primary care preferred.
• NPs: current state of IL FNP license
• PAs: current state of IL PA license
• Current CPR certification
