Marketing Promotions, Webinars & Events Specialist Industrial Automation

Execute, automation distributor focused marketing programs, campaigns, initiatives to multiply the quantity & quality of customer touches to drive sales growth in the US with special emphasis on creating innovative approaches to win distributor mindshare for Factory Automation. Simplify selling for distributors through tools /collateral creation, maximizing returns on programs/promotions, events / campaigns & reporting ROI.

Lead Management for automation distributor campaigns, initiatives & promotions, and events that Factory Automation participates in - work together with Marketing colleagues on ensuring MQL s (marketing qualified leads) get into Eloqua, SieSales (with appropriate sales instructions), in a timely manner. Also work closely with Partner Sales to assign leads to distributors and follow-up on those leads sent to distributors.

Setup, conduct FA customer facing webinars (at least 2 a month) & Automation monthly updates (2 sessions 8:30 am & 11 am every 3rd Friday of the month) for Sales & Distributor Sales. And also follow-up on lead management for the webinar activity.

Lead, manage Factory Automation participation & lead management for tradeshows like Pack-Expo, Automate. Additional support on other Factory Automation projects like Highspot, DRC (Distributor Resource Center) document uploads to numerous websites, and assistance with other Marketing related activities, as needed.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Experience building, executing & successful completion of distributor marketing programs and reporting on the results.

Strong project management & presentation skills.

Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices, issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.

Exposure to digital marketing including social media, Google AdWords, executing successful LinkedIn campaigns & direct response marketing.

Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.

Developing distributor strategy/plan, managing & implementation across different media publications, as required.

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industrial Automation knowledge preferred

3+ years of successful B2B Industrial Marketing experience in related field, successful demonstration and preferably familiar with the following software/tools:

Eloqua

Salesforce

Highspot
