Under the general supervision of the MSO and Division Chief, provide administrative support to the Division Co-Chief. Maintain calendar and schedule meetings for division chief.

Responsible for clerical and administrative duties as assigned by Division chief. Answer phones. Check mail. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned or required by the MSO and Division Co-Chief.

Qualifications:

Required:

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite CMS and HTML.

Experience managing travel coordination

Calendar management

Ability to walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs

Strongly preferred:

BS/BA degree

Experience working at UCLA or other higher level academic institute

Experience managing a front office at an academic institute

Tech savvy
