(DEA) is looking for a Construction Survey Project Manager to lead the growth and delivery of construction surveying services throughout our California market. In this role, you will manage projects, mentor survey staff, and help expand DEA's survey capabilities with a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. You will join a team committed to using cutting-edge technology and working collaboratively across disciplines to deliver high-quality work for public and private clients across the region. About the Role As Construction Survey Project Manager, you will oversee field and office teams, provide leadership across project delivery, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and contractors. Your work will focus on building DEA's construction survey practice across California while ensuring that our current clients continue to receive the highest standard of service. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed PLS with strong Caltrans experience and a desire to grow a team, lead with purpose, and support impactful projects. Key Responsibilities
