Earn $36+/hour Position Details: * The Behavior Consultant collaborates with the treatment team to design and implement individualized behavior modification intervention plans for children and adolescents and their families. * Identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques tailored to individual needs. * Recommends non-aversive behavioral change methods. * Serves as a consultant to the Mobile Therapist upon request. * Maintains some direct contact with the child and family but primarily focuses on assessment, program design, and monitoring rather than direct therapy. * Expected to participate in team meetings. * May consult in special child-centered, family-focused meetings when behavioral issues arise in other systems, such as schools.
