SALARY RANGE:$90,000.00-$120,000.00 IlliniFS is headquartered in Urbana, Illinoiswithbranches in five eastern Illinois counties. Illini FS has about 200employeesand approximately 6,000 customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, energy, tires, and retail. IlliniFS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and Ontario, Canada. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for the development and implementation of the Energy marketing plan, the profitability of the Energy Department, and the supervision of the Energy Department personnel. SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP Supervises, leads, and develops all employees who are members of the Energy Department by providing leadership, setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and actively maintaining performance management standards.
