Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary:

Telemecanique Sensors, a YAGEO company, has more than 90 years of expertise and is recognized as a worldwide specialist in the field of sensors. We cover the wide environment of sensors from electro-mechanic to electronic products and from detection to identification and distance measurement. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in our Louisville, KY location.

What Do You Get To Do?

• Provide excellent service to customers in close cooperation with Front Offices (CCC) and Commercial Team
• In conjunction with the Logistics Leader - implement key customer process capabilities enhancing the logistics solutions and increasing customer satisfaction
• Be the point of contact for OG Front Offices and IG procurements in a DC
• Ensure product availability by taking action to solve backorders and shortages
• Optimize the order management performance of customer satisfaction
• SAP maintenance for successful functionality
• Daily BOL Analysis, corrective action, and DC support
• Research and apply advanced solutions to increase efficiency and the logistics team's technical competencies.
• Active participant in Communities and Networks
• Monitor international shipments, working with transportation providers to ensure compliance and meeting KPIs

This job might be for you if:

• SAP experience and competency within a Manufacturing and/or Distribution environment (3PL).
• Enjoy complex, detailed, and challenging systems working including data extracts and analysis.
• Quick to learn with the capacity of master data and reporting tools
• Interested and able to scale and learn multiple applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Power BI
• Have strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Be proactive in finding opportunities for solution enhancements
• Take the Initiative to collaborate with cross-functional experts to root cause issues and address solution gaps
• Pay attention to detail, thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions
• Effective working on teams, within and outside of your function
• Thrive in fast-paced logistics environment

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business with 3+ years of experience or 5 years of experience.
