Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) Will assist in the planning and implementation of outages on turbo machinery from initial planning to final completion. Will assist in the repair of gas and steam turbine components. Will assist with reviews of operating status of the units on a periodic basis and tracks component repairs from a technical and financial standpoint. Will learn to develop optimized outage work scopes to reduce the outage turn times and implements throughout the Calpine Turbine fleet. Will learn to develop and maintain specialty tools to reduce outage turn times. Assists plants with developing spare parts inventory and recommendations for outages. Job Requirements
