Minimum Requirements:
- Enrolled in or in the process of enrolling in an HVAC/R Program (We can provide you with appliable school options if needed)
- Valid class D driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to show initiative, deduction, mechanical ability, and academic achievement
- Must work for two years post-college graduation at one of our locations.
- Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher during HVAC/R Program

- Recipients must work for two years post-college graduation at one of SCR's locations (St. Cloud, Rochester, Mankato, or Baxter)
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to lift up to 100lbs
Work Experience:
- SCR Scholarship Program participants have the option of gaining part-time and/or Summer paid work experience at SCR while enrolled and participating in an approved program.
