Resident Care Assistant Schedule: 8-hour shift, 2nd (2:00pm-10:30pm), Monday through Friday; rotating weekends About Us Villa St. Francis is a faith-based, non-profit, CBRF licensed Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Core Values: Respect for Human Dignity \| Compassion \| Transformation \| Solidarity with the Poor \| Justice and Peace Responsibilities Document and communicate resident concerns and changes in their condition to the nurse on duty Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) cares for residents in a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) to include: dressing and undressing/setting out clothes; bathing; grooming and hygiene/toileting, depends, etc.; wake up calls; making or opening a bed; changing and washing bed linens when needed; light housekeeping; transportation to meals within building; assistance in dining room as needed The RCA position is responsible for safeguarding each resident's right to privacy, confidentiality, and human dignity Certification/Training Candidates with CBRF training is required. CBRF certification and training Includes: Standard precautions First aid and choking Fire safety Medication administration.
