From your PASSION to ours

As the Social Media and Influencer Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving both paid and organic social efforts for Stonyfield Organic, siggi's, and Brown Cow. A major part of your role will focus on managing and optimizing paid social strategies, including boosting content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support larger marketing campaigns. In addition, you'll lead the influencer and creator marketing program, managing long-term partnerships and ensuring influencers create impactful content aligned with brand goals. You'll track social media performance, providing detailed reports on both paid and influencer-driven campaigns, highlighting successes and opportunities for growth. You'll play a key role in content ideation for social with the support and direction from the Social, Digital, and Influencer Marketing Manager. By staying on top of trends, you'll ensure content remains fresh and engaging while overseeing platform posting, consumer engagement, and paid strategies to maximize results within budget.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Social Media Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead and analyze social content performance: Oversee continuous monitoring and development of monthly and quarterly reports to highlight organic and paid (boosting) social media successes, key learnings, opportunities for growth, and optimizations.
  • Analyze trends and apply to content: Utilize social listening tools to analyze current social media trends and apply relevant insights to enhance LUSY brand content.
  • Growth plans and benchmarks: Create strategic social media growth plans based on an in-depth understanding of analytics and performance benchmarks.

Social Media Posting, Engagement, and Boosting

  • Boosting strategy and budget management: Lead the development, implementation, reporting, and optimization of boosting strategies for organic social content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales to create, manage, and report on dark ads to help support products, activations, and brand goals. Manage the associated budget and optimizing reach for 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Monthly content planning leadership: Lead monthly content planning meetings with the Brand team to walk them through monthly performance reports and the upcoming content calendar, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Content ideation: Develop content ideas based on trends and performance that align and support the overall digital strategy in partnership with your manager.
  • Platform management: Manage content posting and engagement across key US Yogurt social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Best-in-class engagement: Develop a highly effective system for managing consumer responses, community engagement opportunities, and ensuring timely replies to all direct messages and comments.

Influencer/Creator Marketing Responsibilities

  • Influencer/creator relationship management: Lead the year-long influencer/creator relationship program for all LUSY brands, ensuring authentic communication and timely collaboration with contracted influencers/creators. Provide reporting and analytics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Campaign KPIs and reporting: Establish campaign strategies, goals, and KPIs for influencer/creator marketing, regularly sharing performance insights with the Consumer Engagement Director, Brand Directors, and VP of Marketing.
  • Influencer/creator trends and collaboration: Stay up to date on influencer/creator trends, ensuring contracted influencers/creators create high-impact, creative content aligned with LUSY brand goals. Collaborate with internal teams on content timing, calendars, and effectiveness.
  • Contract negotiation and management: Work closely with legal teams to negotiate influencer/creator rates, schedules, and contracts.
  • Retail-focused influencer/creator strategy: Partner with the Omni-channel team to provide consultation on influencer/creator campaigns related to retail and product launches, and lead retail-focused influencer/creator activations.
  • Influencer/creator feedback and budget management: Gather and analyze influencer/creator feedback on products and brand perception. Manage the influencer/creator boosting budget, implementing strategies and reporting results.
  • Emerging platform exploration: Experiment with new platforms and technologies to explore innovative influencer/creator engagement opportunities.
  • Annual influencer/creator tactical strategy: Author and present an annual influencer/creator strategy aligned with brand business goals, ensuring alignment with brand leadership.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • 3 years of social media and community management
  • Experience working with influencers and creators
  • Analytical thinker who loves reviewing data but also a creative mindset who loves innovating
  • Self-starter, autonomous worker, with an entrepreneurial spirit -- we're building something here!
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams daily, such as brand, sales, legal, and creative departments
  • In-depth knowledge of social media and influencer space with a passion for CPG industry
  • Must be customer-obsessed, eager to engage with our audience with a fundamental interest in building and maintaining online communities
  • Keen ability to spot digital trends and identify opportunities for our brands to engage swiftly
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks at once and effectively prioritize projects as needed
  • Must be organized and highly detail-oriented, double-checking work with unprompted follow-through
  • Team player, self-motivated, and always practicing ways to be proactive, not reactive
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced & changing work environment
