Location: Cameron, LA - or various Deep Foundations projects Travel: 100% Position Summary The Piling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all deep foundation operations on heavy civil and geotechnical construction projects. This role ensures that deep foundation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications, company policies, and regulatory standards. The Piling Superintendent provides leadership, manages field crews, coordinates resources, and ensures quality execution to drive successful project completion. while embracing Forgen's Core Values in everything they do. Forgen Deep Foundations Overview At Forgen, we deploy a wide range of deep foundation techniques, including driven piles of all types, drilled shafts, auger-cast/displacement piles, micropiles, secant/tangent piles, helical piles, stone columns, deep soil mixing and dynamic compaction. As a prime contractor or subcontractor, we offer customized solutions for material supply, installation, or full turnkey services, delivering high-quality results for ground improvement, excavation support, and complex foundation systems. Physical Demands & Work Environment This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing or walking on project sites, climbing in and out of equipment, and working in confined spaces or at heights. Work conditions and demands may vary, with possible exposure to heavy machinery, chemicals, dust, fumes, noise, and extreme weather. Proper PPE, including protective eyewear, gloves, a hard hat, and steel-toed boots, is required. Effective communication, tool use, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
