General Summary As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for taking charge of one of our fantastic, high growth chips brands (Cape Cod, Kettle and Late July) and charting the next chapter in its success story. Specific responsibilities include continuing to strengthen and refine the brand positioning & consumer proposition, developing the annual plan, delivering the business plan, partnering with communications teams to establish our voice in the market and leaning-in with our innovation team to bring to life the best additions to our lineup. This role will have full P&L responsibility leading the cross functional business teams, partnering with Breakthrough Innovation, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Sales Strategy & Planning to effectively commercialize and execute plans with excellence. Additionally, the Brand Manager will be responsible for successfully leading a team of (1-2) direct reports, helping develop and coach the next level of brand managers. There is such tremendous upside to this brand and the right candidate for this role must be able to navigate between the day-to-day business deliverables and setting the long-term course for growth and success. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $144,200-$207,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
