Job Description
Are you an experienced Operations Research Analyst? Then we have an opportunity for you to support testing on multiple Test and Evaluation (T&E) projects! As an Operations Research Analyst you will participate with a team of diverse individuals to:
- Analyze requirements to define test methods that support evaluation of project suitability and effectiveness
- Coordinate project test planning with Government activities to minimize program schedule impact
- Provide analytical support services related to the aspects of test planning, test article development, test conduct, data collection, data analysis and reporting
- Use advanced techniques to clean, normalize and analyze data used in mission-critical tests

A week in the life of an Operations Research Analyst:
- Coordinate project test planning with Government activities to minimize program schedule impact
- Support the test team in test design, establish of measures of performance and evaluation, and develop detailed test requirements to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Integrate automation where possible to accelerate data collection and analysis
- Offer risk reduction strategies, risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.
- Generate and execute test plans to validate effectiveness of Test Articles
- Develop reports and support project reviews with Service, interagency, and Combatant Command organizations as necessary
Job Requirements
- Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in operations research or STEM field.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of ORSA or similar analysis experience.
- Knowledge and experience in test planning and design, execution, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric statistics, data reduction, data decomposition, data analysis techniques, development of measures of performance and evaluation, confidence intervals, computer analysis tools, and survey test and evaluation methods.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting test design and planning, data collection, and data analysis functions, knowledge of test and evaluation processes and activities. Emphasis on discrete event analysis, data collection, analysis of results and translating abstract elements into useful operational information.
- Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner via verbal presentations, producing written products, or otherwise informing senior stakeholders.

The salary/hourly range for this position is $90,000 to $135,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
