At New Holland, the Regional Sales Director is a passionate, producer-focused and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of agricultural machinery by providing strategy and vision to the Regional field team. The successful RSD thrives in a high performance, dynamic environment and when faced with multitude complex business challenges, exhibits entrepreneurial bias through innovative solutions and rapid execution.



Responsibilities

    Developing and execution of regional sales plans to for achievement of aligned market growth objectives, including share of market, wholesale and retail volumes, dealer inventory management, and commercial profit margins.
  • Identifying changes in market demand fundamentals, competitor strategies, industry trends and disruptive innovations to develop or adjust marketing plans capitalizing on identified opportunities.
  • Accountability to understand above identified challenges with data-driven root cause problem solving and development of actionable, measurable and balanced countermeasures.
  • Leading cross-functional Delta Team coordination (inclusive of aftersales/support, field marketing, network development, precision technology group, and CNH Capital) in execution of New Holland brand strategy at local/regional level.
  • Partnering with network development, CNH Capital and sales operations collect dealer financial data, produce individual dealer financial plans and national benchmarks, and identify irregularities and opportunities to build and sustain a profitable dealer network.
  • Developing, empowering and encouraging the sales organization through clear expectation setting, meaningful feedback and mentoring for outstanding success.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Agronomy, Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of sales & marketing experience in capital goods, power sports or associated industry space, with proven skills in market analysis, financial acumen, professional negotiation, strategic leadership and consistent delivery to P&L or commercial objectives.

The annual salary for this role is $140,000 - $190,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
