Position Summary

The Senior Associate, Paid Search will provide tactical paid search recommendations and manage paid search media campaigns for clients. The Senior Associate, Paid Search will plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid search media efforts with some oversight from more senior team members. You must have experience in Google, Bing and SA360. In this position, you will own responsibility of day-to-day campaign management, trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meeting client KPIs. You are up to date on the latest and greatest across search platforms & trends and have an eye on what is new and exciting in the space. You will help provide training and mentoring to junior team members to help them grown and advance in their careers.


Responsibilities

* Provides tactical details and strategic input to develop paid search media recommendations.
* Ability to independently execute and optimize comprehensive paid search campaigns within platform for the brand you work on. Duties include: trafficking campaigns within platform, weekly optimizations, writing monthly insights, adhering to timelines and following general paid search best practices.
* Monitors campaign performance to achieve goal KPIs and budget parameter, recommending optimizations based on observed data and trends.
* Collaborate to compile and share routine campaign performance reports, providing insightful observations, and recommend tests internally and with clients.
* Presents recommendations and reports results with thoughtful next steps and actions, communicate with internal and external partners, maintaining professional and collaborative relationships.
* Stay up to date with partner offerings, platform enhancements and industry updates, making applicable recommendations for clients.
* Attend internal and external trainings and complete required search platform certifications as needed.
* Senior Associate will help train and mentor Associates and other junior members of the team.
* Budget and financial duties include oversight of routine budget pacing including more complex data fees and overseer billing administration.



Required Skills & Experience

* Software: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
* Previous experience executing multiple campaigns in Google and Bing
* Thorough knowledge of paid search and how to set up a variety of campaigns with differing objectives.
* Communication: Comfortable routinely working closely with peers and internal teams in-person and via email, phone and video.
* Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ability to prepare presentations and share with internal stakeholders.



Desired Skills & Experience

2+ year of experience in a role where paid search media management was a core job responsibility.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
