TheSeniorTechnicalServicesManagerprovidesoverallstrategicdirection,leadershipandtechnicalservicesmanagementforouronsitebiomedicalservicesteamatIntegrisHealth.TheSeniorTechnicalServicesManagerensuresthatmedicalequipmentisappropriatelyreceived,repairedandmaintainedinatimelyandcost-effectivemannerbypersonnelwhoareappropriatelytrainedandcertified,ensuresthatcustomerrecordsandbillingareaccurate,/completeandparticipatesinrevenuegrowthactivity.

KnowledgeandPhysicalRequirements

  • AssociatesdegreerequiredbutaBachelor'sdegreeinbiomedicalengineering,electronicsorrelatedfieldpreferred.5+yearsofexperienceinhiringandmanagingclinicalengineeringdepartmentsandmedicalservicetechniciansorengineers.
  • Knowledgeofthehealthcareindustry,includinganunderstandingofhospitaloperations,alternatecareprovidersormedicalequipmentmanufacturers.
  • Medicalequipmentpreventivemaintenance,repairandhandlingexperience.Abletoreadandunderstandtechnicalmanualsandelectric/pneumaticschematics.
  • Businessandfinancialmanagementexpertise,includingabilitytomanageabudget,assistwithcontractandaccountmarginmaintenanceandsupportdistrictofficeoperations.
  • Proficientcomputerskills,includingMicrosoftOfficeprograms(Word,Excel,PowerPoint).
  • Willingtoworkflexiblehours,includingevenings,weekendsandholidays,aswellasemergencyoff-hoursasrequired.
  • Validdriver'slicense.
  • Abletoliftand/orpush75pounds.
