• Serve as senior technical lead on projects.
• Contribute to successful business development.
• Write and review technical reports and proposals.

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred. -14 to 16 years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Ability to mentor and train staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
