Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Location(s): Chicago, IL

• Collaborate with application-owning teams to
• Analyze and document current SLA reporting process for each partner, including owning team name and contact information
• Define and create alignment of the SLO requirements for each application/service by partner
• Identify and document both current and potential data sources that can be used for the SLO reporting
• Create an Error Budget Policy
• Work with the SRE and tooling teams to resolve any challenges
• Maintain and manage to SLO adoption roadmap providing recurring status along the way
• Assist in onboarding critical applications into the SLO dashboard for enhanced monitoring and reporting

• Project Management Experience
• Basic Cloud (AWS) knowledge and Data Analytics experience
• SQL Query analysis and writing experience
• Understanding of OpenTelemetry (OTEL)
• Familiarity with Splunk, New Relic, OBSERVE
