Physician - Family Medicine - Burton, MI

Ascension Medical Group Belsay Road practice is looking for a Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join their well-established practice in Burton, Michigan.

This is a busy, outpatient primary care practice that sees patients of all ages from pediatrics through and including geriatrics.

There are two experienced Primary Care physicians and one Physician Assistant.

This is a growing practice that is looking to add a full-time Family Medicine physician and a full-time Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to increase patient access to high-quality health care.

The practice is open and offers: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m.- 12 noon Fridays from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Scheduled visits, virtual visits and some walk-in appointments when schedules permit

There is one Practice Manager along with dedicated Medical Assistants and Receptionists. Most of the support staff have been with the practice for a number of years.

On-site ancillaries include EKG, lab services, PT, OT, and Diagnostic Imaging (CT scan, x-ray and mammography) making it convenient for patients to receive additional care and testing. The EMR is Allscripts and Touchworks.

Call is on a rotational basis amongst the physicians (1:3 schedule). There is no hospital call coverage.

This is a patient centric practice interested in speaking with candidates who work well together in a team environment and prioritize giving excellent care for their patients.
