Individual contributor responsible for the active coordination, administration, and support of the continuous improvement program. Develop and implement processes that engage the workforce to be active participants in our continuous lean journey across all shifts. Promote the Platform's Lean Program and Improvement Initiatives. The Continuous Improvement Leader will need to be demonstrate the ability to be a change agent, self-motivated, results orientated, innovative, and display the ability to develop and execute a plan of action that yields positive outcomes to achieve manufacturing excellence.
