HR Coordinator-GA 3827BR Human Resources Regular Job Description Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR disciplines including employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
External Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree and two to three years' related experience in human resources disciplines; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least three years of full cycle recruitment, and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must be flexible with job duties and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment that is committed to providing excellent customer service to its employees. Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills and can work well under the pressure of deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and management as well as excellent communication skills. Intermediate level of proficiency in Windows Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
