Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Kings Bay, GA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Stocking, un-boxing, equipment movement, transportation activity, lifting, vehicle operation/driving, and necessary clean-up duties.
- Desktop and Network expert skill set with significant hands-on experience in this role.
- This demonstrated professional will possess advanced skills in computer design, functionality, system operation, and network infrastructure including, but not limited to ensuring that IT Systems are managed, controlled, and compliant.
- This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, and service request in the support of all IT equipment onsite.
- Operating system expertise - Windows, Unix/Linux, Apple iOS
- Network protocol
- Image loading protocol
- LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups
- Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus) and network experience
- Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
- This role will be supporting desktop services, assisting with asset deployment, and resolving trouble tickets.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience with desktop support
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with network troubleshooting/infrastructure

Additional Information:
- Clean driving record as an MVR might be ran. Please note, you must be comfortable potentially driving company vehicles/cars from site to site.

- Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
