Widener University is currently seeking applications for an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology - Tenure Track in the College of Health and Human Services, to start in the Fall of 2025. This ten-month position is a core faculty position in our graduate level Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program. We are a generalist clinical program and our faculty represents a diverse array of theoretical orientations. We encourage applications from candidates representing any theoretical orientations who, in addition to their areas of individual scholarly/clinical specialty, can teach core courses in a generalist clinical psychology curriculum (e.g., foundational courses, statistics/research methods, intervention, assessment, diversity and multicultural theory). We welcome applications from candidates who would also bring specific expertise in the array of areas typical to clinical programs. All candidates should be prepared to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as how this understanding is woven into their work.
