Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location(s): Seatte, WA

Summary:

A Project Coordinator thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires the ability to manage tasks and projects through a ticketing system, partnering with a project lead to compile survey results and provide inputs into power points and other tools, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate business inputs, review and follow established processes, and identify and communicate effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will work within a team environment as well as communicate internally with other departments.

Primary Objectives:

* Provide support processing purchase orders and sales orders supporting business development functions

* Work closely with the IPM team providing administrative support for business reviews

* Team player willing to operate with ambiguous assignments to find creative solutions

* Communicate with partner teams to extract feedback on vendor performance

* Using a wide variety of software systems to navigate vendor data

* Meeting all performance and quality metrics

* Initiating process improvement projects within the department and driving them through to completion

Basic Qualifications:

* Analytical skills - interpreting data, making data-driven decisions

* Communication - clearly articulate requirements to stakeholders

* Stakeholder Management - building strong relationships to understand needs and expectations

* Experience working with high-volume processes

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

* Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software

* Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

*Salesforce experience

*Working within a ticketing que

*Reporting skills
