Join our newly remodeled Early Learning Center as an Early Learning Teacher and help create a warm, nurturing, and enriching environment for children and their families. In this role, you will design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, guide children through daily activities, and foster their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Develop and lead engaging, hands-on classroom activities.
  • Encourage play-based learning in the center's creative learning spaces.
  • Support each child's individual development and social interactions with peers.

At the Y, we've invested in resources like Kaymbu, a leading education software, to enhance communication, streamline developmental assessments, and support curriculum planning. This provides you with the flexibility and tools to design lessons that cater to your students' unique needs and interests. In addition, you will ensure high-quality care, uphold state standards, and prioritize the health and safety of every child in the program.

The YMCA of the North Shore is proud to be a leading employer of Early Education professionals in the region. This is an exciting time to join our team and be part of a mission-driven organization where you'll see the impact you make every day. Making a difference is what we do best.
