Planning and Fulfillment Manager

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Planning and Fulfillment Manager to join our team in Crystal Springs, MS. This role involves managing the procurement, supply, and logistics of manufacturing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Materials Requirements Planning, Procurement/Purchasing, Inventory Planning & Control, and Warehousing, Distribution & Transportation.

• Lead a team of professional and para-professional employees.

• Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results.

• Address and solve moderately difficult problems.

• Ensure compliance with policies, practices, and procedures for direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Planning and Fulfillment Manager or Procurement Manager role.

• Must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
