Pharmacist Inpatient

Equiliem Healthcare is seeking a qualified individual for a 13-week assignment in our inpatient pharmacy department. This role is specifically for inpatient adults, with occasional duties in the ER for pediatric cases. Our facility includes 54 med/surg/tele beds, 10 ICU beds, operating rooms, and radiology/IR services, along with an ER.

• Years of Experience Required: 2 years
• Certifications Required: PharmD, RPh, NJ state license
• Chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication
• Specific Equipment: Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred
• Charting System: Epic experience required

• Shift Times: Night shift HOURS: M-F 9:30 PM - 7:30 AM, Sat/Sun 8:30 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: Follows a 7 on, 7 off rotation
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Contract Hours/BiWeekly: 72 hours
• Holiday Requirement: Per unit need
• First-Time Traveler Accepted: Yes
• Block Scheduling: Yes, 7 on, 7 off
• Will the traveler float? No
• Call required? No

Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding

Parking: Free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed
