Founded in 1997, STG International, Inc. (STGi) has grown into a large, national firm, while still maintaining the nimbleness and personalized attention that got us here. With a tradition of building long-term relationships, we have consistently and continually earned the business of our clients and the loyalty of our employees. We have been awarded our most significant contracts multiple, consecutive times; extending for more than a decade. We are particularly proud of our long and significant history supporting Head Start, the Department of Defense, Veterans Community-Based Outpatient Clinics and ICE detention centers across the country. The longevity of our client relationships is matched by the longstanding careers of STGi’s employees. Many have been with the company for over, or nearly, a decade and are the driving force behind our success.
We are a motivated company, energized to go further into our most developed business lines while trying to leverage these same capabilities into new areas that are natural progressions of growth. To that end, we place particular importance on each member of our team and each of our customers. While we have managed many large, complex, and geographically dispersed contracts, success on all our contracts stems from preparation and sweating the small stuff. We put specific emphasis on responsiveness, flexibility, and substantive individualized attention. We fully embrace all technology for the most efficient and comprehensive communication, but prioritize in-person, customer-specific relationships to build rapport and ultimately better understand our client’s needs so we can better address them.
