Lifecycle and Product Marketing Intern

Job Description:

This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 12 - August 1, 2025.

It's an exciting time at Pluralsight! During your internship you will support the B2C Lifecycle and Product Marketing team on a multitude of initiatives aimed at growing retention, driving acquisition and supporting the overall customer lifecycle. If understanding customer personas, how to message to them, email marketing and strategic data-driven decision making interests you then you will have the opportunity to learn from a group of passionate marketers seeking to drive growth for Pluralsight!

Who you're committed to being:
  • A current junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field at an accredited university or college.

  • Strategically minded. You are excited to figure out why prospects and customers tick and how to get them to engage with Pluralsight.

  • Organized and processed. To stay ahead, we have to stay efficient and that requires being able to thoroughly document and follow the right process.

  • Data-driven. You want to understand data to help develop ah-ha moments that drive insights to develop strategies.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator. You love putting heads together to develop tactics and know it's important to keep everyone updated along the way.

What you'll own:
  • Support developing messaging strategies for prospects and customers to drive desired outcome

  • Support go-to-market strategies for product releases and enhancements

  • QA email copy, creative and proofs to ensure accuracy

  • Develop surveys to help us further understand our customers and prospects

  • Request and review data to help derive insights to help develop strategies

  • Understand the product experience and support documentation of product features and current UX

  • Support in-app product messaging strategies to drive adoption

Experience you'll need:
  • You are a consumer-at-heart and love following marketing trends and strategies

  • You have experience with staying organized and ensuring everything is documented and clear for other stakeholders

  • Bonus points if you're an avid email user and love following email best practices and design

  • Previous marketing internship experience a plus

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $22 USD per hour. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
