Wellness Program
Our comprehensive wellness program is open to all employees who want to see a true transformation in their wellness.
To join, our employees and their families just complete a confidential questionnaire and health risk screening. Then, they get points for doing wellness challenges and programs.
A few details about our program:
- During the last five years, our employees and their families have lost nearly 19,000 pounds through Drop 10.
- Our family medical and wellness center has an average of 8,500 visits each year
- Our pharmacy fills approximately 35,000 prescriptions each year through its onsite and mail-order programs
- With our Wellness Program, employees have caught problems early and taken action to improve their health
- Last year, 80 percent of our employees and their spouses who used the smoking cessation program were still tobacco-free three months after their quit date
